Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts
Receivable & PDC Management and preparation of monthly reports- Receivables
& Debt
- Manage
transactions with customers using cash registers and collect payments whether
in cash or credit
- Ensuring
information is on time, accurate and understandable and assist with query
resolutions and resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information
- Assist
with VAT and Tax returns and assisting with administrative tasks
- Issue
receipts, refunds, change or tickets and processing invoices accurately and on time
- Work
to process and minimize debit notes, ledger maintenance and track transactions
on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting with
strong accounting knowledge
- Minimum 2 years' Accounts experience
- Confident communicator with excellent conflict
resolution ability.
- Excellent IT and Excel
management skills and experience preparing receipts and invoices from the ERP.
